Amy Mohr is the Vice President of Human Capital, and is responsible for leading all Talent strategy and operational activities including Talent Planning, Acquisition, Management, and Development. Mrs. Mohr is also responsible for managing all Marketing Communications and Public Outreach efforts for RMR. Mrs. Mohr is a high performing, innovative leader with successful track record of managing large-scale national and global programs to produce tangible business results. Prior to joining RMR, Mrs. Mohr was a part of the National Talent Acquisition leadership team at Deloitte, and was directly responsible for the re-branding and management of the National Employee Referral Program, as well as spearheading the largest ever, strategic, and process improvement initiative for Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition organization. In total, Mrs. Mohr brings over seventeen years of diversified experience working both as an internal operational and external consulting leader. She has held key leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for organizations including Accenture, Avanade, BrassRing, TeleTech and Deloitte, and has lead strategic, multi-year consulting engagements for clients such as Brown-Forman Corporation, Service Master, Sears, and Oxy. She has a proven track record of leading teams and organizations to implement successful Talent and Communications initiatives related to strategy, planning, process, systems, sourcing, communications, and reporting. She is viewed by clients and Executive leadership as a knowledgeable Talent consultant, who understands business objectives, can architect strategic solutions, navigate/resolve issues, effectively manage resources, build relationships, and deliver tangible results. Mrs. Mohr graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
