Alaska Cargo and Cold Storage, LLC is a joint venture of Rocky Mountain Resources and McKinley Capital Management, LLC. ACCS signed a 55-year ground lease with the State of Alaska to develop a secure 700,000+ square-foot, 32.5 million-cubic-foot cold storage warehouse facility at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC).
